FANZ™ UNLIMITED NETWORK (FUN) L.L.C.™ COMPLAINTS POLICY & LEGAL AGREEMENT

1. Introduction & Scope

This Agreement governs the rights and responsibilities of Content Starz, Co-Starz, and Administrators when using Fanz™ Unlimited Network (FUN) L.L.C.™ (“FUN”).

By signing this document, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein.

This Agreement applies to:

• Complaints regarding Fanz™ Unlimited platforms

• Platform performance and technical issues

• Violations of terms, policies, and guidelines

• Service or support concerns

• Account or payment issues


Legal Basis

This policy aligns with applicable consumer protection and privacy laws, including but not limited to:

U.S. Consumer Protection Laws (e.g., Federal Trade Commission Act, Electronic Fund Transfer Act)

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (for EU/EEA users)

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (for California residents)

If any provision of this policy conflicts with local or international laws, those laws will take precedence.

3. Complaint Handling & Dispute Resolution


3.1 How to File a Complaint

Complaints may be submitted via:

3.2 Resolution & Appeals Process

• Complaints will be acknowledged within two (2) business days and resolved within seven (7) business days, unless additional time is required.

• Users may appeal within 30 days of receiving a final decision.

Final appeal decisions are binding, except where new material evidence arises.

3.3 Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

By signing this Agreement, you agree that disputes shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Rules.

You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit against FUN.

• Before arbitration, both parties must first attempt mediation within 30 days.

Users may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of signing this Agreement by emailing Legal@FanzUnlimited.com.


4. Indemnification & Liability Waiver


4.1 User Responsibility

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fanz™ Unlimited Network (FUN) L.L.C.™ from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

• Your content, interactions, and activities on the platform

• Third-party claims related to copyright, trademark, defamation, or privacy

• Any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your account


4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FUN is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill

• Any total liability exceeding the amount paid by the user in the last six (6) months


5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Complaints are handled in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

• Complaint records are retained for a minimum of 12 months or as legally required.


6. Internal Policy for Administrators


6.1 Administrator Responsibilities

FUN Administrators (“Admins”) act on behalf of the company when handling complaints, enforcing policies, and resolving disputes.

• Admins must follow all internal policies and document all complaint-handling activities in the Admin Panel.


6.2 Admin Authority & Limitation of Liability

• Admins cannot provide legal advice or guarantee specific complaint outcomes.

• All decisions must be aligned with platform policies and legal guidelines.

FUN is not liable for any independent actions taken by Admins that violate policies.


6.3 Admin Approval & Acknowledgment

Each complaint resolution must be documented and signed off by an authorized Admin, confirming that the decision was made in compliance with company policies.


7. Acknowledgment & Signatures

By signing below, you confirm that:

✅ You have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

✅ You waive any rights to bring a class action lawsuit against FUN.

✅ You understand that all disputes must go through arbitration, except where noted.

✅ You acknowledge that FUN is not liable for independent actions of Admins.

• Reviewed the complaint in accordance with FUN’s internal policies

• Acted on behalf of Fanz™ Unlimited Network (FUN) L.L.C.™ within their authorized scope

• Understand that this approval does not create personal liability for the Admin


8. Governing Law & Survival Clause

8.1 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• This Agreement is governed by Wyoming state laws.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, unless arbitration applies.


8.2 Survival Clause

The following provisions shall survive termination of this Agreement:

These terms remain legally enforceable even after a user stops using Fanz™ Unlimited.
